Samenvatting:SANLI EDTA buizen zijn gecoat met K2EDTA of K3EDTA.Ze zijn bedoeld voor het onderzoek van volbloed in de hematologie en kunnen worden gebruikt in analysatoren voor directe bemonstering zonder daadwerkelijk te worden geopend.EDTA bindt de calciumionen en blokkeert zo de stollingscascade.Erytrocyten, leukocyten en trombocyten in een met EDTA ontstold bloedmonster zijn tot 24 uur stabiel.
Gebruik:EDTAK2/EDTAK3 wordt gebruikt voor klinische hematologische tests, zoals routinebloedtesten, en kan allerlei soorten bloedcelanalyses uitvoeren (zoals bloedcelmorfoscopie, bloedceltelling, hematocriet, hemoglobine, sikkeltest enz.)
